Pool safty in seven hills nsw


There are pool safety com­pli­ance reg­u­la­tions in every State. This com­pli­ance is gov­erned by coun­cil by-laws or State legis­lat­ive reg­u­la­tions and laws.
If your prop­erty has a pool it is vital that it is inspec­ted by a pro­fes­sional pool inspector at each ten­ancy change-over to ensure that it com­plies with these safety require­ments.
Fail­ure to ensure that the pool and fence sur­rounds are safe can res­ult in costly claims and pos­sible pen­al­ties if there is an injury.

Our vacancy rate remains the same at 1.2%. The mar­ket is show­ing no signs or improve­ment at the moment and our open homes on aver­age are only see­ing 2–3 people inspect­ing them, of course prop­er­ties that are cheaper than other com­par­able prop­er­ties or those in excel­lent con­di­tion are still our most pop­u­lar and rent the quick­est!

Whilst we under­stand that when you are going away there is a lot of things to remem­ber, leav­ing us without access to any­one who holds your author­ity for repairs can be a costly exer­cise as your ten­ants are then author­ised under the agree­ment to make their own urgent repairs which you have to pay for.
